- 1 (9-inch) prepared pie crust
- 3.4 oz package of vanilla instant pudding mix
- 2 cups whipped topping, thawed
- 1.5 cups eggnog
- Pinch of ground cinnamon or nutmeg (optional)
Instructions:
- In a medium bowl, use an electric mixer to blend the eggnog with the vanilla pudding mix until thickened and light yellow in color.
- Gently fold in the thawed whipped topping until well combined.
- Spoon the creamy filling into the prepared pie crust using a spatula.
