Swear, this is the only Christmas pie I’ll eat! Wowza

  • 1 (9-inch) prepared pie crust
  • 3.4 oz package of vanilla instant pudding mix
  • 2 cups whipped topping, thawed
  • 1.5 cups eggnog
  • Pinch of ground cinnamon or nutmeg (optional)

Instructions:

  1. In a medium bowl, use an electric mixer to blend the eggnog with the vanilla pudding mix until thickened and light yellow in color.
  2. Gently fold in the thawed whipped topping until well combined.
  3. Spoon the creamy filling into the prepared pie crust using a spatula.
  4. Chill the pie in the refrigerator for at least four hours, preferably overnight, to set.
