  1. Cook Pasta:
    • Cook the pasta shells according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. Brown Ground Beef:
    • In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spatula as it cooks.
  3. Saute Onions and Garlic:
    • Add diced onions to the skillet with the browned beef. Cook for 2-3 minutes until onions are soft and translucent. Add minced garlic and cook for an additional minute until fragrant.
  4. Add Tomatoes and Seasonings:
    • Pour in the diced tomatoes with their juices. Stir in Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper to taste. Allow the mixture to simmer for 5 minutes.
  5. Cook Pasta in Broth:
    • Pour in the beef broth and bring the mixture to a boil. Add the cooked pasta shells to the skillet, stirring to combine. Reduce the heat to medium-low and let it simmer for about 10 minutes, allowing the pasta to absorb some of the flavors from the sauce.
  6. Add Cream and Cheese:
    • Pour in the heavy cream, stirring continuously until well combined. Let it simmer for an additional 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly. Stir in shredded mozzarella cheese until melted and creamy.
  7. Serve:
    • Once the sauce has thickened to your desired consistency, remove the skillet from heat. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley. Serve hot.

Enjoy your creamy beef and shells! Adjust seasoning according to your taste preference. This dish pairs well with a side salad or garlic bread.
