Apple Cake with Cinnamon

This incredibly delicious vanilla cake is encased with a rich, buttery cinnamon swirl, luscious apple pieces, and a sweet glaze. The combination of these flavors creates a mouthwatering experience that is hard to resist. The balance of the warm cinnamon and the fresh apple pieces gives the cake a delightful texture, while the sweet glaze adds the perfect finishing touch. This cake is truly one of my all-time favorites and never fails to impress!

By the way, when the cake is still warm from the oven, the glaze wonderfully seeps into the cracks and crevices. This allows the sweet, sugary coating to infuse the dessert with even more flavor, creating a delightful combination of textures and tastes.

COMPOSITION

2 cups of all-purpose flour

One big apple, cut and peeled

One cup of vegetable oil

One cup of sugar, dark brown

1/2 cup of white sugar, granulated

half a cup of chopped walnuts

Two big eggs

One tablespoon of cinnamon powder

One tsp vanilla essence

One-half tsp baking powder

One-half tsp baking soda

Half a teaspoon of salt

Grease a 9-inch round cake pan lightly and preheat the oven to 350°F.

Whisk the eggs and oil together in a medium-sized bowl.

Blend in the vanilla essence, white and brown sugars, and cinnamon until well blended.

Incorporate the baking powder, baking soda, flour, and salt into the mixture, stirring until everything is thoroughly blended. Transfer the batter into the prepared pan, carefully folding in the apples and nuts to ensure they’re evenly distributed throughout.

Bake for approximately 4 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the middle comes out clean.
