Chicken Bubble Biscuit Bake Casserole…

Ingredients:

  • Shredded cooked chicken: 3 cups
  • Cream of chicken soup: 2 cans (10.5 oz each)
  • Cooked and crumbled bacon: ¼ cup
  • Sour cream: 1 ½ cups
  • Ranch seasoning mix: 1 packet
  • Shredded sharp cheddar cheese: 1 ½ cups (half a bag)
  • Junior biscuits: 12 ounces, cut into quarters

Instructions:

  1. Cook the chicken: If you’re not using rotisserie or canned chicken, boil chicken until fully cooked, then shred.
  2. Combine ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cream of chicken soup, crumbled bacon, sour cream, and ranch seasoning. Stir until well mixed.
  3. Add cheese: Stir in about half of the shredded sharp cheddar cheese.
  4. Prep the biscuits: Cut the junior biscuits into quarters.
