Now, they’re a staple in my weekly lunch rotation. The combination of tender beef, sautéed vegetables, and melted provolone cheese all wrapped up in a crispy tortilla is simply irresistible.

Loaded Steak Quesadillas Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb (453 g) beef sirloin, thinly sliced
  • 1 bell pepper, diced
  • 1 finely chopped onion
  • 2 tsp seasoned salt (divided)
  • 1 tsp Montreal steak spice
  • 1 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 16 slices provolone cheese
  • 4 tortillas
  • Vegetable oil

How to Make Loaded Steak Quesadillas:

  1. Season the Beef: Sprinkle the beef with 1 teaspoon of seasoned salt, the steak spice, and half the cayenne pepper.
  2. Cook the Beef: Heat a little oil in a saucepan over medium-high heat. Sear the steak slices until browned, then remove from the heat.
