Ingredients:

  • 4 boneless chicken breasts, diced into small pieces
  • 1/2 cup cornstarch
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tsp vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1/3 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup rice vinegar
  • 1/4 cup hoisin sauce
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
