Caramel Cream Cheese Bread


  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, room temperature
  • 1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese, room temperature
  • 4 eggs, room temperature
  • 1/2 cup caramel topping
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 ½ teaspoons cinnamon
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt


  1. Preheat oven to 350º F (175º C). Lightly grease two 9×5-inch loaf pans with butter or non-stick spray.
  2. Prepare the Batter:
    • In a large bowl or mixer, cream together butter, cream cheese, and sugar until smooth.
    • Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in vanilla extract.
  3. Combine Dry Ingredients:
    • In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon until well combined.
