- Combine with Agar Agar or Gelatin:
- Once the coconut milk mixture is warm, add the hydrated Agar Agar or gelatin.
- Stir continuously until the Agar Agar or gelatin completely dissolves and the mixture thickens slightly.
- Pour and Set:
- Pour the mixture into silicone molds or a glass dish.
- Smooth the surface with a spatula if necessary.
- Chill to Set:
- Place the molds or dish in the refrigerator.
- Let the dessert chill for at least 2 hours, or until it sets and becomes firm.
- Unmold and Serve:
- Once set, carefully remove the dessert from the molds.
- If using a glass dish, cut the dessert into squares or desired shapes.
- Enjoy:
- Serve the sugar-free, low-calorie chocolate dessert chilled.
