New Father Kicks Wife With Newborn Twins onto the Streets, Years Later He Begs Her for Help

A wealthy but selfish father, unwilling to invest in raising his newborn twins, pressures his wife to give up one of the babies for adoption. When she refuses, he kicks her out with the babies, and five years later, he returns, seeking her help.

On a cold, rainy night, Angie huddled with her newborn twins at a bus stop, tears running down her face as she whispered a prayer. “Where will we go? Jesus, please help us. Shelter us through this night,” she pleaded, wiping her babies’ faces. With nowhere else to turn, Angie was desperate, having lost her parents long ago.

Suddenly, she sensed something lurking behind her, and fear gripped her. Gathering her strength, she braced herself to protect her babies, only to let out a sigh of relief. “It’s just a dog,” she murmured.

Angie never imagined her life would take such a sudden, cruel turn. She had trusted and loved her husband, Jake, throughout their marriage, never suspecting that he would turn her away, especially not just a week after giving birth to their twins.

With a heavy heart, Angie thought about her late mother. “I wish you were here, Mom… If only I had listened to you and waited before marrying Jake,” she sobbed, remembering the advice she’d once dismissed.

Angie and Jake had met five years ago, shortly after graduation. He was charming, successful, and they quickly fell in love. What began as a fairy tale, however, soon turned into a nightmare.

When Angie discovered she was pregnant, Jake’s response was less than welcoming. “I just started my business, Angie. We’ve put off starting a family for years, and I’m not ready to be a father yet,” he confessed, upset when she showed him the positive pregnancy test.

Angie, torn between Jake’s reluctance and her own dream of expanding their family, tried to find a middle ground. But when she went for an ultrasound and learned she was expecting twins, Jake’s frustration escalated.

“I’m okay with one baby, Angie… but not two,” Jake insisted, joking nervously as they sat in the waiting room. “I hope you’re not coming back saying we’re having twins,” he added with a forced smile.

Moments later, Angie returned, pale and shaken. “What is it?” Jake asked, impatience in his voice. “What did the doctor say?”

Angie swallowed hard, anticipating his reaction. “We’re having twins,” she said quietly, her voice trembling.

Jake’s face fell as the news sank in. He stormed off to his car, anger bubbling beneath the surface. Angie, heartbroken, knew his disappointment wasn’t just about the pregnancy—it was about his fear of losing control over his career and finances.

As the weeks passed, Jake became increasingly distant. He fixated on building his business while Angie, still excited about becoming a mother, hoped he would eventually come around. But things only got worse as her third trimester approached.

After Angie gave birth to their twin daughters, Jake refused to even visit her in the hospital. Three days later, he sent his maid and driver to bring her home. He was uninterested in his daughters, refusing even to hold them.

When they finally arrived home, Jake was blunt. “We’ll keep one child, but the other has to go. If you want to keep both, you’ll have to leave,” he demanded coldly.

Angie couldn’t believe her ears. “How could you ask me to give up one of our babies? They’re part of us—our love for each other,” she cried. But Jake, blinded by his ambition and desire for wealth, remained firm in his decision.

“You can stay if you agree to keep just one child. Otherwise, leave,” he repeated, his voice void of compassion.

Angie’s heart broke as she made the painful decision to leave with both babies. The once-loving husband she had adored had chosen money over family, and there was no turning back.

On the streets, desperate and alone, Angie prayed for help. “Where will we go? Please help us, Jesus,” she sobbed as the rain fell harder.

Just then, a car pulled up, and an older woman in a nun’s habit stepped out. “Are you alright? It’s pouring out here. Would you like a ride?” she offered with a warm smile.

Angie hesitated, but the woman’s kindness reassured her. “I don’t know where to go… My life has fallen apart,” Angie admitted.

The nun, with understanding in her eyes, gently took Angie and her babies to the convent, offering them shelter and safety.

Angie found refuge at the convent, where she taught in the church’s school and worked part-time in a restaurant. Over the next two years, Angie saved enough money to open her own café. Slowly but surely, she was able to give her daughters, Sophie and Marley, a better life.

Despite the hardships, Angie never once regretted her decision to leave Jake. Though he had abandoned them, she still held onto hope that he would one day realize his mistake.

Five years passed, and Angie’s business flourished. She expanded into multiple locations and, though her life wasn’t perfect, she felt fulfilled. Meanwhile, Jake’s business had crumbled, and he found himself buried in debt with no one willing to help.

One day, when Angie answered the door, she was stunned to find Jake standing on her doorstep. “I’m sorry,” he said, his voice shaky. “I’ve lost everything. My greed has cost me everything, including you and our children. Please forgive me. Can you help me?”

Angie listened as Jake apologized, his eyes filled with regret. He saw a picture of Angie with their daughters and broke down in tears. “I’m so sorry, sweethearts,” he whispered.

Though Angie was still hurt by his abandonment, her heart softened. She had always believed in forgiveness, even for those who hurt her deeply. “What’s done is done. We can’t change the past, Jake,” she said, handing him the money he needed to get back on his feet.

Jake was overwhelmed by her kindness and vowed to make things right. “I want to be a good father, Angie. I want to fix the damage I’ve done,” he promised.

Angie, though cautious, hoped that one day, their family could heal. But for now, she knew she had given her daughters everything they needed—a mother’s love and strength to face whatever came next.
