My church friends love making this recipe and it always runs out

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
  2. Arrange the graham crackers on the prepared baking sheet. It’s fine to break them to fit.
  3. In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Once melted, add the brown sugar and salt. Stir continuously until the sugar dissolves and the mixture is smooth. Add the chopped pecans and bring to a boil. Let it boil for 2 minutes, stirring constantly.
  4. Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract. Immediately pour the mixture over the graham crackers on the baking sheet. Use a spatula or the back of a spoon to spread it evenly, about 1/4 inch thick.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and bubbling.
  6. Remove from the oven and allow the pecan bark to cool completely on the baking sheet. It will harden into a crunchy bark as it cools.
  7. Once cooled and hardened, break the pecan bark into pieces or cut into squares.
  8. Store in an airtight container at room temperature. It will stay fresh for up to a week, although it’s so delicious it might not last that long!

Now, bring joy into your kitchen and share the love of Pecan Pie Bark with your loved ones. Whether enjoyed as an after-dinner treat, during holidays, or as a thoughtful gift, this recipe captures the warmth, nostalgia, and irresistible flavors of pecan pie. Treat your loved ones to a culinary adventure filled with the sweet aromas of caramel and pecans—they won’t be able to resist indulging in this tempting delight.
