Tin Foil Pan Nachos: A Comforting Tex-Mex Treat
Ingredients:

- 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese (or a mix of Monterey Jack and Colby)
- 1 can (15 oz) black beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 ripe tomato, diced
- 1 small red onion, finely chopped
- 1 jalapeño, thinly sliced (seeds removed for less heat)
- 1/2 cup black olives, sliced
- 1/2 cup sweet corn, thawed if frozen
- 1 cup cooked ground beef or shredded chicken (optional)
