Chocolate Rice Krispie Balls

Combine the ingredients, chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, and then shape the mixture into balls. Place the balls back in the fridge to chill for at least an hour.

Melt the following in a double boiler:

  • 1 package of chocolate chips
  • 1 square of sweet chocolate

Keep the heat low to maintain a smooth, melted consistency. Using a fork, dip each ball into the chocolate mixture, ensuring they are fully coated. Arrange the coated balls on parchment paper and refrigerate until set. They can also be frozen for longer storage.
