Instant Pot Spaghetti and Meatballs

Ingredients:

• 1 tbsp Olive oil
• ½ Onion, chopped
• 1 lb Ground beef
• 2 tsp Garlic powder
• Salt and pepper to taste
• 3 tsp Minced garlic
• 1 tbsp Italian seasoning
• 1 jar Pasta sauce
• 3 cups Water
• 1 lb Spaghetti pasta
• 1 can diced tomatoes

Instructions:
