Recipe: Christmas Maraschino Cherry Shortbread Cookies
2 cups of all-purpose flour
3/4 cup of loosely chopped maraschino cherries, drained on paper towels
1 cup of softened unsalted butter
1/2 cup of powdered sugar
2/3 cup of mini chocolate chips
1/2 tablespoon of vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon salt
