Orange cupcake

2 eggs
200 g sugar (1 cup)
185 ml oil (3/4 cup)
200 ml orange juice
1 tbsp orange zest
250 g common wheat flour (2 cups)
13 g baking powder (1 tbsp)
1 teaspoon orange essence
Step by Step

Step 1
In a bowl place the eggs, sugar and beat for 2 minutes. Add the orange juice and orange zest, then beat for 1 more minute.
Step 2
Add the wheat flour little by little, add the baking powder and mix well.
Step 3
Pour into a greased and floured #20 mold. Preheated oven at 180°C for 40 minutes.
Step 4
In a container, place the orange juice, a teaspoon of orange essence and sugar. Mix and then microwave for 1 minute.
Step 5
Pour the syrup into the cold cake.
Step 6
Let cool and serve.
